Using Vizlib Hi

Before you start using Vizlib Hi extension or Teamwork with integrated Hi component, make sure that you have the application opened in the Analysis Mode.  

1. Open the application in Qlik. 

   [Vizlib Hi standalone extension] Vizlib Hi will greet you and request you to choose a chart you want to analyze.

   [Vizlib Teamwork] Click the arrow at the top-left corner of Vizlib Teamwork. The software opens the Conversations section where AI is available.

   

2. Click the Select a chart to begin your analysis button and click on the charts you want to analyze. Vizlib Hi will display suggested questions regarding the selected charts and three options to proceed with data analysis:

   • Run Analysis
   • Compare with another

   • Hidden Insights - Applies only to charts saved as master items and only when any Qlik selection has been applied.

   Note: The suggested questions asked by AI are based on the data included in a given chart. They will be different for different charts.

3. Depending on what you want to achieve, click either on a question that's interesting for you or choose one of the options to proceed with data analysis.

Result: Depending on the option you've chosen in step 3, AI produces different results:

• You've chosen one of the suggested questions - AI proceeds with answering the question in the most detailed way possible, allowing you to ask additional questions and continue the conversation related to data in the selected chart.
• Run Analysis- Vizlib Hi runs analysis on the basis of defined system prompts.
• Compare with another - Vizlib Hi runs analysis of the selected charts to compare the data.

• Hidden Insights -Vizlib Hi performs a thorough analysis of the selected chart, presenting insights, trends and patterns observed within the data. You may ask complementary questions and engage in further conversation.

Vizlib Hi Limitations

The following limitations apply to Vizlib Hi:

• For Freemium users, the monthly limit of 25 business workflows applies, where a business workflow is any question or request sent to Vizlib Hi in relation to a selected chart.
• For Enterprise users, the monthly limit of 1000 business workflows applies for accounts with more than 100 seats.
• The number of characters in the dynamic CSV file generated from the specified chart(s) must not exceed 100 000.
• The software doesn't save the chat history. Once you refresh the site, data resulting from any analysis will be lost.
• Currently, Vizlib Hi AI doesn't have a context memory. Therefore, the responses may lack the context of any previous messages exchanged with Vizlib Hi.
